Damir Jakus, prof. Josip Vasilj, istraživač Joško Novaković i prof. Danijel Jolevski sudjelovat će na konferencijama ITISE 2026 i SpliTech 2026, gdje će predstaviti nekoliko znanstvenih radova iz područja tržišta električne energije, baterijskih spremnika energije, integracije obnovljivih izvora, fotonaponskih sustava i tehno-ekonomske optimizacije.

Predstavljena istraživanja obuhvaćaju širok raspon tema, uključujući prognoziranje cijena električne energije primjenom metoda strojnog učenja, sudjelovanje baterijskih spremnika energije na europskim tržištima električne energije, optimizaciju mikromreža za punjenje električnih vozila temeljenih na obnovljivim izvorima energije, modeliranje visokofrekventnih profila proizvodnje fotonaponskih sustava za distribuirane portfelje te tehno-ekonomsku analizu isplativosti kućanskih fotonaponskih sustava u kontekstu novih regulatornih promjena u Hrvatskoj.

Uručen ugovor o financiranju projekta FLEXSYS

Dana 4. veljače 2026. svečano je uručen ugovor o financiranju projekta FLEXSYS – Implementacija izvora fleksibilnosti i naprednih upravljačkih algoritama za podršku modernim elektroenergetskim sustavima s visokim udjelom obnovljivih izvora energje.

Ugovor je preuzeo voditelj projekta prof. dr. sc. Damir Jakus zajedno s članovima projektnog tima.

Ovaj događaj označava službeni početak projekta.

Projekt kick - off

We are pleased to announce that our project FLEXSYS – Implementation of flexibility sources and advanced control algorithms to support modern power systems with a high share of renewable energy sources has successfully secured research funding. The project addresses key challenges in modern power systems and contributes to the transition toward a sustainable, low-carbon energy future.

Project Background

Global power systems are undergoing a profound transformation driven by the imperative of decarbonization and the transition to sustainable, low-carbon energy models. Renewable energy sources (RES)—particularly solar and wind power plants—have experienced significant growth in recent years. Together with hydropower, their share in global electricity generation has now exceeded 30%.
